Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from McMaster University.
Jennifer takes complete ownership of each project, ensuring its success from start to finish. With 25 years of marketing research experience, Jennifer has extensive knowledge of all stages of research design, including specialized knowledge in conducting research using advanced analytic techniques. In addition to her extensive quantitative research experience, Jennifer is an experienced moderator who has conducted hundreds of traditional and virtual focus groups.

Peter is a Professional Engineer, holds a Master of Business Administration, and is a registered Project Management Professional.
He has 25 years of mining industry experience, having held executive positions in both operations and projects. His professional experience spans a variety of commodities (including base metals, gold, silver, and uranium) in a wide range of operating conditions (including large and small scale operations, remote sites, and a multitude of extraction and recovery techniques).
Peter’s executive level operations experience includes leading an operating minesite (gold) in all aspects of operations (HSE, production, maintenance, technical services, remote site logistics, etc.).
His executive level project experience includes all facets of project development, including feasibility studies, regulatory and environmental approvals, community relations, and project execution.
